Why you need to make this Easy S’mores Cookies Recipe
These easy s’mores cookies are still as simple to make as classic your classic graham cracker s’mores but they just look and feel so much fancier! And honestly, they’re tastier too.
Let’s be real, graham crackers are a bummer next to a delicious and sugary Keebler Fudge Stripe cookie. They take as much time to make as your regular old s’mores too….might as well class it up with something tastier.
Plus, these easy s’mores cookies are so much cuter to serve at parties, especially if parties include a fire pit of any kind. (Uhhh, hello! DIY S’mores bar? How fun!) You’ll look cooler than all your friends with their basic ass boring s’mores.
The general s’mores motto should be: keep it simple, keep it sweet, but always keep it delicious.
Making Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookie S’mores
Listen, I understand that there are plenty of other s’mores recipes out that that don’t require a torch. You can make them in the oven or on the grill. But! Honestly, torches are fun to use and sometimes you just need to find the right excuse to buy one.

I’m seriously obsessed with my torch and haven’t stopped making s’mores and creme brulee since getting it. It’s honestly becoming a problem.
Of course, these easy s’mores cookies can also be made over a campfire or fire pit but again, sometimes you just need a good excuse to buy a kitchen torch.
A Few Blow Torch Tips
This is the one I got off of Amazon. It is HECKA impressive. I mean for being so cheap and affordable, I though that flame would be weak. No. I was wrong. And my hand suffered with some second degree burns when I was an idiot testing it out.
So obviously, be careful. Fire is very hot. Don’t be an idiot.
Secondly, I highly recommend some good quality butane. None of that Zippo cheap stuff. The higher quality butane, the cleaner the burn. The cleaner the burn, the less chemical-y taste on your marshmallows.
This is the one I use. I’m sure I could go even higher end, but we’re on a budget over here like everyone else. This stuff is still affordable and hasn’t left any chemically taste.
So it’s good enough for me!
Things You’ll Need for Your Easy S’mores Cookies…
Food Torch – you’re going to have so much fun with this thing.

Butane Gas – remember higher quality will make better s’mores.
Keebler Cookies – Duh. Of course knock off brand fudge stripe cookies work just as well.
Jumbo Marshmallows – Gosh, there’s really nothing better than a big ass marshmallow.
Scissors – But sadly we need to cut that jumbo mallow in half for proper melting.
Metal Campfire Skewer or Chopstick – Fire is hot. Toasting a marshmallow should be done at a safe distance from fingers. So use a skewer…or even a stick.
Hershey’s Kisses – Everything is sweeter with a kiss, right?

Get Fancy with Your S’mores
Some easy fancy s’mores cookies can get fancier. Don’t believe me? Try adding some of these glorious toppings underneath your mallow and, good God, get fancy!
- Sliced Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Sliced Bananas
- Your favorite jam
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Caramel Drizzle
Making Your Easy S’mores Cookies
Step one: Cut the jumbo marshmallow in half. (a full jumbo marshmallow simply doesn’t work).
Step two: Stick that half mallow on a skewer or chopstick and toast it with your torch or a campfire.
Step three: If you are adding additional toppings, place them on your fudge stripe cookie now.
Step three and a half: Remove your marshmallow from the skewer and place it in the center of your Keebler Fudge Strip Cookie.
Step four: Squish a Hershey’s kiss on top and enjoy.
See? How does it get simpler? I’m sure even a dog could do it…if they had opposable thumbs.
