Tips for this Hot Cocoa Mix
This mix makes a great holiday gift, especially smaller gifts for neighbors, mail carriers, or that weird cousin who always smells like corn.
Though, there are a lot of variation ideas above, the simplest variation you can make is changing the flavor of the powdered coffee creamer. Easily swap the French Vanilla creamer with whatever flavor tickles your fancy. Pumpkin spice, caramel delight, cookies and cream, whatever!
This recipe is a base for you to build off of and to create amazing cocoa variations. Of course it stands well on it’s own but it’s nice to have options.
Your typical coffee mug is about 8-12 oz. This recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of mix per 1 cup of milk. 1 cup equals 8 oz. So for a 12 oz mug you’re going to want to add 3 tablespoons.
Of course you can add more of less mix based on your preference but this seems to be the sweet spot!
