- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 Large Eggs
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp flour 18g
- nonpareils sprinkles
Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C and line a cookie sheet in your eco friendly silicone baking mat.
Mix together the cake mix, oil, flour, and eggs until just combined. The dough will be soft.
Scoop scant tablespoons of dough and roll them into balls. Roll them through the nonpareils and place them on your baking sheet 1 inch (2.5cm) apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire cooling rack to finish cooling. (The cookies may look underbaked when they come out, this is normal. DO NOT overbake).
Store any extras in an air tight container.
