Fairy Cake Mix Cookies

You can never go wrong with some easy 4 ingredient fairy bread cake mix cookies! They're sweet, soft, and take less than 15 minutes to create some magical goodness!

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp flour 18g
  • nonpareils sprinkles


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C and line a cookie sheet in your eco friendly silicone baking mat.
  • Mix together the cake mix, oil, flour, and eggs until just combined. The dough will be soft.
  • Scoop scant tablespoons of dough and roll them into balls. Roll them through the nonpareils and place them on your baking sheet 1 inch (2.5cm) apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire cooling rack to finish cooling. (The cookies may look underbaked when they come out, this is normal. DO NOT overbake).
  • Store any extras in an air tight container.
